NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following entitled ordinance was introduced at a meeting of City Council of the City of New Iberia, acting as the Governing Authority (the "Governing Authority") of the City of New Iberia, State of Louisiana, held on Tuesday, June 18th, 2019, and laid over for publication of notice:
“SPECIAL ORDINANCE NO. 2018-2019-11
Introduction of Budget Amendment Ordinance No. 2018-2019-11 amending the ordinance levying certain taxes appropriating the funds necessary to defray the expenses and liabilities of the City of New Iberia for the year 2018-2019 (to amend the budget for Communication Department equipment purchases);
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Governing Authority will meet on June 18th, 2019, at five-thirty (5:30) o'clock p.m., at the Regular Meeting Room of the City Hall Council Chambers, New Iberia, Louisiana, at which time there will be a public hearing on the adoption of the aforesaid ordinance.
