Downtown Art Walk

Sponsored by the New Iberia Arts & Cultural Commission and the New Iberia Main Street Program, the Downtown ArtWalk is held several times per year and is a wonderful community event that continues to grow.  Downtown retail shops, restaurants and professional offices are open for business while hosting hot local and visiting artists.  Musical entertainment is provided in Bouligny Plaza and Church Alley, as well as special discounts and refreshments enjoyed by all!

Yuletide on the Bayou

This annual Christmas event — co-sponsored with the Louisiana Sugarcane Festival & Fair Association and the Girl Scouts Pines to the Gulf — features area Girl Scouts and Brownies who display creative hand-made gingerbread houses. Held on the second Saturday in December at Bouligny Plaza, Yuletide on the Bayou continues to grow each year.
